Los presentes T\u00e9rminos y Condiciones regulan la prestaci\u00f3n de servicios de seguridad privada y aseo por parte de SanFranciscoService<\/strong>, en conformidad con la legislaci\u00f3n chilena vigente, incluyendo la Ley N.\u00ba 19.303 (Seguridad Privada) y el C\u00f3digo del Trabajo.<\/p>\n El cliente podr\u00e1 contratar servicios de forma puntual u ocasional, o mediante contrato fijo mensual. Toda solicitud deber\u00e1 ser confirmada por escrito (v\u00eda correo electr\u00f3nico, firma de contrato o aceptaci\u00f3n formal), y ser\u00e1 v\u00e1lida una vez recibido el comprobante de pago o confirmaci\u00f3n escrita.<\/p>\n Prestar los servicios de seguridad con personal acreditado ante la Direcci\u00f3n General de Carabineros (OS10).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Proporcionar personal de aseo con experiencia y debidamente capacitado.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Garantizar que todos los trabajadores cuenten con contratos legales, cotizaciones previsionales al d\u00eda, y est\u00e9n protegidos por seguros de accidentes seg\u00fan la normativa chilena.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Cumplir los plazos y condiciones acordadas con el cliente, manteniendo comunicaci\u00f3n clara y constante.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Proporcionar un entorno seguro y adecuado para la ejecuci\u00f3n de los servicios.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Informar claramente el horario, lugar y condiciones espec\u00edficas del servicio contratado.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Pagar los servicios en la modalidad y plazo acordado (previo, parcial o mensual).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n No asignar tareas fuera del contrato sin previo acuerdo por escrito.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Los pagos se podr\u00e1n realizar por:<\/p>\n Transferencia bancaria<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Efectivo<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Tarjeta de d\u00e9bito (s\u00f3lo en caso de servicios presenciales con equipo m\u00f3vil)<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n En caso de contratos mensuales, se emitir\u00e1 factura o boleta electr\u00f3nica de acuerdo a los servicios prestados.<\/p>\n Cualquier cancelaci\u00f3n debe informarse con m\u00ednimo 48 horas de anticipaci\u00f3n<\/strong>. De no cumplirse este plazo, SanFranciscoService podr\u00e1 cobrar un porcentaje correspondiente al tiempo reservado o gastos asociados.<\/p>\n SanFranciscoService se compromete a actuar con la mayor diligencia, confidencialidad y profesionalismo.
